Our history

From the time I decided to go back to school for my pediatric nurse practitioner, I dreamed of starting my own pediatric practice to serve the children of my community and the surrounding areas. I have been practicing in this area for the past several years, and I have made many special connections and built amazing patient-provider relationships.

I spent part of my childhood in Middle Point, my maternal grandparents farmed land in Lincolnview School district, and my paternal grandparents lived in Van Wert all their lives. I graduated from Delphos Jefferson, and after marrying, settled in Landeck, where my in-laws still live, then moved to Columbus Grove where we have lived since 1996.

What commercial insurance plans do you accept?

We accept the following commercial insurance plans:

Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Frontpath, Humana Tricare East (out of network), Medical Mutual, Paramount, United Healthcare/United Medical Resources

Do you accept Medicaid plans?

We are contracted with the following Medicaid plans. Please call the office to verify availability:

Anthem BCBS, Amerihealth Caritas, Buckeye, Caresource, Humana Healthy Horizons, Molina

When can I make a Virtual Visit appointment?

We offer Virtual Visits from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. When your appointment time comes, your provider will text you with a link for your visit. Just click the link, and your browser will launch with easy-to-follow prompts to connect to your Virtual Visit.

What if I am expecting a baby?

Please call our office to register. We will take down your personal information and delivery date, and then you will call us when the baby is born. It is that easy! Remember that we do offer a free Meet and Greet if you want to make sure we are a good fit for your family

How Do I Pay My Bill?

You may call the office to pay by phone, stop into the office, mail your payment, or pay online using the "Bill Pay" tab at the top of this page.

Do you diagnose and treat ADHD?

Our provider is expertly prepared to evaluate your child for ADHD. However, our office does not prescribe any stimulant medications. If your child requires a stimulant medication (such as Adderall, or Concerta), he/she will need to be treated or referred elsewhere for treatment. We are able to assist you with options.
